Exercise Can Help Your Depression

Among a myriad of other health benefits, regular exercise has been known to help lessen the occurrence of depression in some individuals. Aside from the endorphins one experiences from a good workout session, physical exercise also helps to boost one's self esteem and sense of well being. It's also a great way to get one's mind out of the negative rut, and give you something positive to focus on.
Next time you begin to feel those dark feelings creeping in, get up and get active. A quick jog, an hour at the gym, an exercise class or just getting up and dancing to some upbeat, fun, motivating music can pull you right out of those doldrums. Give it a try~!
